Our location.

Location

Our center is located in the Latem Business Park, at 70 Xavier de Cocklaan, bus 7, 9831 Sint-Martens-Latem.

The park consists of four identical buildings. If you are coming from Ghent, you will find us in the second block (the third block if you are coming from the direction of Deinze), at the very back on the first floor. You can recognize our building by the stickers on the windows.

When you arrive, walk through the large glass door (it is always open) to the elevator. Press the button for BEAM Vitality Center. The elevator will open in a few seconds. Step inside and go to the first floor. Our space is on the left, behind the brown door. Please feel free to come in.

If for any reason you can not find the location or can not get inside, please give us a call at +32 9 39 12 422.

Parking

We have two private parking spaces that are usually reserved for people with special needs. We kindly ask daytime visitors not to park inside the park, but on the public road next to our center. This is free of charge. For evening sessions, parking on the premises is permitted, as there are many more spaces available at that time.

Our space.

Our space

BEAM is an environment designed to promote tranquility, comfort, and balance. We have carefully designed our space so that visitors can temporarily escape the hustle and bustle and constant stimuli of everyday life. Everything within BEAM is geared toward coherence, resonance, and a pleasant experience.

Seats and beds

During our daytime sessions, you can relax in our comfortable, electrically adjustable chairs that recline fully flat. During our overnight sessions, you will have your own bed and sleep on a very comfortable mattress that will ensure you get a restful night’s sleep.

Crystals, Mandalas & NATURAL MATERIALS

Inside our space, you will find various crystals, natural materials, and mandalas that contribute to the atmosphere and ambiance of BEAM.

They are an integral part of the thoughtful design of our surroundings and help create a sense of calm, softness, and harmony within the space.

Meditation

There are six meditation cushions in our space that you are welcome to use. These cushions are designed to support and enhance your meditation experience. Whether you are an experienced meditator or trying to relax for the first time, these cushions will help you find a comfortable and stable sitting position. Meditation is an excellent way to achieve inner peace and prepare for your session. We encourage you to use the cushions to optimize your energy and be fully present during your visit.

Washrooms

We have three restrooms available for our visitors, including one accessible restroom.

Products and EES technology

At BEAM, we use Energy Enhancement System™ technology as part of the environmental experience we create.

We also offer a selection of products that reflect the vision and atmosphere of our space, including detox salt blends, crystals, pendants, bracelets, and other wellness products.

If you would like more information on this, we would be happy to assist you.

House Rules.

Please be on time

We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your session so we can check you in on time. You are welcome to enjoy a cup of tea in our community lounge before your session begins. Arriving early also helps us ensure that other guests are not disturbed during their sessions.

No-shoe policy

At BEAM, we have a no-shoes policy. We ask all visitors to take off their shoes. You may enter our space in socks or barefoot, or use our slippers if you prefer.

Clothing

Wear comfortable clothing so you can fully relax. For evening sessions, you can change in the accessible restroom if necessary.

Mobile phones and other technologies

We kindly ask that you refrain from using your cell phone and other electronic devices in the space to avoid distractions and ensure a peaceful environment for other visitors. However, we understand that some people enjoy listening to a podcast or meditation music. This is permitted, provided it does not disturb others.

Night sessions

During the evening sessions, it is important to respect the tranquility and ensure a harmonious experience for everyone. We kindly ask you to be quiet and considerate of others. Meditation can be a valuable way to relax and help balance your energy. Once the lights go out, we ask that you remain silent. Feel free to leave your personal salt lamp on until you go to sleep. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making the night session as pleasant as possible for everyone.

Preparation.

Before your session
  • Try to approach your visit without any expectations or pressure.
  • The more you can slow down, relax, and disconnect from the outside world, the more enjoyable the experience usually becomes.
  • We also recommend drinking plenty of water before your session so that you are comfortable and well-hydrated.
During your session
  • There is nothing you need to do during your session.
  • Some people sleep, others read, meditate, or simply close their eyes for a moment. Above all, give yourself permission to unwind in your own way.
After your session
  • After your session, make sure to get plenty of rest, stay hydrated, and eat nutritious food.
  • Many visitors find that they benefit most when they regularly incorporate moments of rest and recovery into their daily lives.
  • Be sure to listen to what your body needs in the hours and days following your visit.
